• Pakistan National with minimum of 60% marks in F.Sc (higher Secondary School) Examination or Equivalent from IBCC with Physics Chemistry & Biology 
• Admission shall be as per laid down quota 
• Note All information will be uploaded on the NTS website.
• Roll No slip will be dispatched on 29th October 2013.
• TEST DATE : 10th November 2013 
• LAST DATE for submission of applications: 23rd October 2013

• Application form and Online deposit slip are Available on NTS Website: www.nts.org.pk 
• Please deposit test fee of Rs. 1200/- through the Prescribed deposit slip at online branches of ABL UBL HBL or MCB 
• Candidates are required to send their Application on prescribed application Form Along with an online deposit slip (in original) at NTS headquarters Islamabad 
• Deposited amount is non-refundable / non transferable 
• Application submitted by hand will not be entertained
