Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation PMDC

This Corporation (PMDC) was set up in 1974, for development of coal and salt mines in the country. With the development of this corporation, the output of coal has gone up by 12% and rock salt by 9%. The corporation is operating four coal mines, 3 in Baluchistan and one in Punjab.
