Further Devastated

Is it not a high time for the state and society of Pakistan to act firmly against those forces who have taken 180 million people of this country as a hostage by carrying out acts of violence and terror-ism? Extremists have won a battle by killing scores of people who challenged their way of doing things. They may also win a war if the policy of appeasement and cover-up at the state level and silence at the societal level continues. ‘The image of Pakistan will be further devastated if extremism is allowed to deepen its roots because such type of an approach will transform Pakistan from fragile to a failed state.
