How insurgency can be controlled

The insurgency flourishes on the feelings of deprivation and dis-satisfaction of the people. Their main demands are: appropriate share in the Federal Divisible Pool of taxes, grant of provincial autonomy, extension of benefits of the resource of the province to the Balochis, and to end any possible military operation etc. Once peoples’ demands are adequately met and they feel secure about their rights, they will discourage rebel element.
