Evils of feudalism

Feudalism is essentially anti-Islamic and anti democratic. So long it reigns supreme, neither Islam nor democracy will ever come to Pakistan. Evils of feudalism are: A feudal fascist, a dictator, a despot. His word is law. In Assemblies he looks after his own interests neglecting the problems of the common man. He keeps his people uneducated. He avoids economic development of his area. He ensures his people remain illiterate and backward so he can keep his stranglehold tightened over them. He promotes un-Islamic customs such as sawara, honour killings etc to keep them involved endlessly in their personal problems. N. marries his own daughters with Quran to deny them their share in his property. He lacks political ethics and changes parties at will to suit his vested interests thus destabilizing political environment. He has little sense of patriotism and is least concerned with the good of the peer or the country. He joins hands with his industrial counter-part to raise general price level consumer goods to multiply his profits. His religious half-brother the Mullah is ever-read to bring Islam to justify his un-Islamic concentration of agricultural holdings, wealth exploitation of his people. As an extremist the Mullah concocts his own version of Islam misleading the illiterate millions and ignorant masses to establish his own sphere of influence H initiates, promotes and justifies suicidal bombing in the name of jihad. However, the worst side feudalism is that it is a standing threat to the security and integrity of the country. It caused separation of East Pakistan in 1971 and is continuously at work to alienate federating units from the Centre.
