Precis Writing Hint 4

Sometimes a writer may have written several sentences which can be compressed into one. 
For example:
Truthfulness is an important quality of greatness. Honesty is requisite of greatness. Purity of character, too, is expected in a great man. Initiative and a spirit of enterprise are other qualities which we look for in a great man.

This passage may be compressed as follows:
Truthfulness, honesty, purity of character, initiative and a spirit of enterprise are essential qualities of greatness.
