The Strategy

Suggestion is that all Provincial Assemblies should enact bills to make inter-provincial mobility of labour and workforce lawful to promote uniform development of the country as a whole. Any attempt on part of any individual, a group or a party to launch nefarious propaganda on the pretext of exploitation of local resources by the outsiders should be a punishable offence. Branding any citizen of Pakistan an outsider within the boundaries of Pakistan-should not be tolerated. However, the enactment alone will not serve the purpose unless awareness regarding the blessings of inter-provincial interaction is preached from all available platforms of public instruction. Achievement of a target of 100 percent education of the masses, however, will be the most important long term measure to overcome such prejudices.
