Only Balochistan Domicile holders can apply on open merit. Students from other provinces can apply through their province as following seat distributions Punjab = 10, NWFP =20,Sindh (Rural/Urban)=4000, AJK =0, FATA =0, Northern Areas =0, Federal Capital Area =0, DAE =100

Self finance

Students from all over Pakistan can apply on a self finance basis which is PKR 450,000 per four year degree program.
