Pay package for me according to my experience

You will be paid according to your experience, performance, and skills at different stages and the pay package may be as follows:

Fresher having just passed their bachelor’s degree can get from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month.
Experienced students having more than 2+ years of experience can get from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month depending on the performance and overall knowledge of the field.
Post graduate degree students passed from Top B-schools and banking institutes can get up to Rs. 80,000 per month as they are hired as managers like relationship managers depending on the overall performance, skills, and knowledge in the field.
Students from LUMS and IBA can get the package up to Rs. 1 Lakh to 2 Lakh per month depending on the institutes they are passing from and knowledge they possess about the subject under consideration.
