Opened in 1980 as a Primary School and became a Junior School in 1987 when the Infants were housed in a separate building.Barnes Farm Junior School is at the heart of a successful and thriving learning community where every child has the right to be safe, to learn and to be heard.

There is no guarantee of a place for children living in the priority admission area. Children attending the partner infant school and looked-after children requesting will have a place at the junior school provided that the application received at the closing date. In the case of oversubscription, the remaining place is govern base on criteria.
