About - Cooks Spinney Primary School and Nursery

Cooks Spinney Primary School And Nursery is a newly formed school that opened in 1st September 2012. From the amalgamation of Spinney Infant with Spinney Junior school to form a single primary school which enable it to become a 490 place community primary and nursery school The two governing bodies have appointed governors from both schools to a shadow governing body to oversee the amalgamation process and the inauguration of the new school. A headteacher designate of the amalgamated schools was appointed from January 2012. div>

In the event of oversubscription where application received is more than the place available it will be determined by set of criteria in a priority order.
