About - Haynes Lower School

Haynes Lower School is a small village school for children from 4 to 9 years. We currently have 96 children. We are fortunate to be able to teach our children in small single year group classes. Therefore we are in a unique position of all the staff knowing the children really well. This ensures that we provide a caring, supportive learning environment for our children throughout the time they are in school.

Admission will be determined on the basis of a catchment area for each school. All ‘looked after’ children,) Pupils living in the catchment area,Exceptional medical grounds, Siblings of pupils currently attending the school,Any other children. There is no aptitude test for admission.
