Hazelmere Junior School opened in 1964 . It aims to provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment where children are motivated to learn, are valued as individuals and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Hazelmere Junior School published admission number of 60 for school year 2013/2014. There is no guarantee of a place for children living in the priority admission area. Looked after children and previously looked after children and children attending the partner infant school will be allocated a place provided an application is received by the closing date. Any remaining places that is oversubscribed will be determined by set of criteria according to the order of priority. In the event of oversubscription is within any of the given criteria; thus proximity (straight line distance) of the child's home to the school will be given highest priority.
