About - Slade Green Infant School

Slades Green National School was established on a site on Slades Green Road in 1868. Threats from the Board of Education that they would create a Crayford School Board persuaded local landowners to enlarge the premises in 1881, 1889 and 1896. From 1925 the School came under the Parish of Slade Green, whose parish church St Augustine's stood nearby. Slade Green Infants is recognised as a rights respecting school where everyone is aware of their rights and responsibilities towards themselves and others.’
