About - Stephen Lower school

The Stephen Lower school was newly opened in 1959 with the transfer of the children from Silver Jubilee Infants School. Shortly after this move the name of the school was changed to Parkdene Infants School and as such catered for children within the five to seven age group. They promote high standards of behaviour and moral responsibility and encourage all children to become independent, enthusiastic learners. div>

The school has a standard number of 75. Children are admitted into school in the term after their fifth birthday. There is no test for the admissions.
