Founded in 1777 , William Martin Junior School provide education following the principles and practices of Church of England where family ethos still remain all these years. The school building is located on a large site, sharing with the infant school that was built in 1958.div>

Years 3,4,5 and 6September
Children Looked After and children attending the partner infant school, who request a place at the junior school will be allocated a place providing an application is received by the closing date. In the event of oversubscription any remaining places allocation will be determined in accordance with the set of criteria in a priority order. Exceptional medical circumstances (supported by medical evidence) may override the above, other than Looked After Children. For applications received after the start of year 3, Children Looked After will be given priority ahead of all other applicants.
