PARCO required Assistant Company Secretary

 
• Assist in preparation of notices, agendas and working papers of meetings, within and outside the company, as well as organizing meetings of the board within and outside the company, as well as organizing meeting of the board and its Committees.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with provisions of the Companies Ordinance 1984 and  relevant  States of law and organizing defense of the Company’s legal interest.
• Assist in vetting   of agreements, contracts and other documents, coordinating with lawyer and handling litigation cases.

 MA/L.LB. and a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.

Should not exceed 45 years.

Candidate should possess about 15 years’ experience of corporate secretarial and legal work. Excellent written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
