The Saifiyah Boys High School was first established in the tumultuous times of 1936 with the sub-continent high on the wave of political and social movements, moving towards a grave partition and in dire need of institutions, especially educational institutes. As the years progressed, a new building was built by the Valika family.
The Saifiyah Boys High School has been a stalwart institution which has not only seen turbulent times but also survived them; in 1971 the school came under a restless spree of nationalization. In 1991 it was de-nationalized again and came under the aegis of the Badri Education Board.div>
