Best Schools in Antarctica

The Education Board of Antarctic recently awarded U of AA as a leading Iceship campus. It fills the distance between the continent's absent primary educational system and the commercial empire that is expected to improve in the continent. Firstly, the U of AA desired to focus in the studies of dentistry, music therapy, and agriculture due to its improving local demand. But the school has changed its disciplines and concentrations on hunting and gathering, medicine, ice sculpting, and hockey. Again, several different learning formats are used for supporting course instruction and the entire educational experience. These learning formats may be- lectures, seminars, workshops, participatory presentations and hands-on research activities which will be shore, Zodiac, and ship-based in setting. We also give chance to discrete time for small group discussion and reflection opportunities into our days. With the Students on Ice Antarctic University Expedition 2013, each participating student will have involved in or to observe in one of the credit-courses being offered in conjunction. Students on Ice believe provide the University student participants with a unique educational experience that challenge the way in which they feel in the world. Their purpose is not only to simply providing students with a 'trip' to a unique destination, but also rather to provide students an opportunity to have an aesthetic experience in some of the most wild and awe-inspiring ecosystems of the world. They do not expect only from students to just pass through a place with camera in hand, but also want to listen more to the land; to understand these natural places and in turn, explore how humans feel when immersed in such places. Originally, their goal is for students to experience a changing connection with nature that can change the way of understand and act in the world.
