About - Ecclesbourne Primary School

The schools were originally situated, from 1901, on a site on the northern side of Ecclesbourne Road. They were in the square formed by Berne, Geneva and Zermatt Roads, a site now occupied by Bensham Manor School. Originally Ecclesbourne was three schools - each with a different Headteacher. Betweeen 1901 and 1930, on the Ecclesbourne Road site the school consisted of an Infants Mixed school, a 'Post Infants' Boys' school (for those aged 7-11) and a 'Post Infants' Girls' school.

For those parents who will be applying for a reception place for their child for the following September they arrange a series of visits so that groups of parents can look around the school with the Head of Schools and one or both of the Executive Headteachers.
