About - Kingsbury High School

Kingsbury High school started out as Kingsbury County School in a premises on the Edgware road between Colindale and Edgware on the 15th September 1925. In 1967 with the local authority Brent Borough Council having adopted the comprehensive system of education, Kingsbury County Grammar and the two Tyler’s Croft schools were amalgamated to form the giant Kingsbury High School.

All applications for transfer to Year 7 are co-ordinated by the Local Authority. Applications for transfer must be made directly to the Local Authority of the borough in which the child lives.
