About - Radley College

Radley College is an independent boarding school for boys. It was founded in 1847 by the Reverend William Sewell, fellow of Exeter College, Oxford, to provide a public school education on the principles of the Church of England. Its agreeable and well-equipped buildings lie in a beautiful 800-acre estate, close to Abingdon and Oxford.div>

Age 13	September

Boys join the School in September and should be under 14 on the 31st of August in the year of entry. Boys will only be admitted after their fourteenth birthday in exceptional circumstances. There will be a exam for entrance. The pass mark for Common Entrance in 2014 is 60% in English and Maths with 60% being achieved overall. Common Entrance is based on the National Curriculum.
