To solve the problems in this type of questions, the test taker employ multi-dimensional arithmetic and logical approaches to reach a conclusive answer choice.

Use of Arithmetics

In number series each element is based on some arithmetic logic. If the test taker is not fluent in making calculations fast, he/she will send more time to evaluate the relationship among the elements. Hence; he/she cannot perform well on this section and ultimately on the whole test as the time is the main constraint.

Arithmetic Tables

If you memorize arithmetic tables, you will be able to do all questions on the section very easily.

Time is Important

For each question the allocated time is actually in seconds. 20 to 30 seconds is ample time to solve a question easily.
