About - St Michaels Catholic Grammar School

St. Michael's is a Voluntary Aided three-form entry secondary grammar school for girls. It was established in 1908 and is under the trusteeship of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Poor Child Jesus. It became a Voluntary Aided Grammar School in September 1958. Boys were admitted to our 6th Form from September 2009.

Class 7 to Class 11September
Class 12 to Class 13 September
All applicants selected in accordance with Criterion 1 will be required to take written tests in Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning, English and Mathematics. Following the tests all applicants will be ranked in order starting with the highest score. Applicants must reach a minimum standard in each written paper.
