About - The Tyrrells Primary School

Tyrrells is an inclusive primary academy serving our community in Springfield. A well established and successful school that welcomes children between the ages of 4+ and 11.

Tyrrells Primary Academy Trust is the admission authority and has responsibility for admissions to this school.The The school intends to admit 60 pupils to the Reception ( the published admission number) in the school year which begins in September 2013. The number we will admit into KS1 year groups is 60, this means 30 children are admitted to each KS1 class in accordance with Government KS1 class size regulations. The number we will admit into the KS2 year groups is 60. Children who live within our priority attendance area and with siblings would, subject to the availability of places, normally be offered a place at The Tyrrells Primary School.
