About - Wentworth Primary School Maldon

It was in 1969 when Wentworth Primary School was opened to served the housing development in Maldon. The school have four buildings with extensive grounds to cater the growing size of pupil in the area.

All application including mid year is through to the Area Education Office or you can submit it online. Parents must make it clear that Wentworth is their first choice, as the application serves all three Maldon schools. The school’s standard intake figure is sixty pupils in each year group. Admissions will determined base on the following set of criteria. Foundation Stage children are admitted in the September of the academic year in which they are five years of age. Children are admitted on a part time basis for the first few weeks of term dependent on whether they are Autumn, Spring or Summer birthdays.
