Scheduling for Bahria University Admission test for BBA

Admissions to Bahria University are advertised in the leading national news papers in the months of June/July and November/December every year, except for engineering programs which are advertised in June/July for the fall semester because it has only one intake per year. Prospective students can obtain the application packages from the University and submit them before the closing date. You must plan to start preparing Bahria University Admission test for BBA early in January or August.

Bahria University Admission Procedure

The admission procedure is as follows: Submit the prescribed form (duly completed) along with supporting documents on or before the notified closing date.

Admissions will be based on:

  • Academic Eligibility Score
  • Entrance Test Score
  • Interview performance

Undergraduate programs (for Management Sciences and Earth and Environmental Sciences) are based on the SAT-I pattern, and Undergraduate programs for Engineering are based on SAT-II (Mathematics, Physics and SAT-I English).

Documents Required

Students unable to provide Academic Eligibility, examination marks/CGPA awaiting results, must enter their last qualification marks as follows:
  • First year/O-Level marks (IBCC marks) in case the Intermediate results are awaited.
  • For non-Pakistani qualifications (O/A-level etc), students must enter their IBCC equivalent marks, HEC Equivalence Certificate marks, or calculated marks as given in the application form.
  • Students are advised to obtain O-Level IBCC certificates in case A-Level results are awaited. Please visit www.ibcc.edu.pk for further details.
  • Forms of students awaiting A-Level/Intermediate results will not be accepted if they do not have either First Year marks or O-Level Equivalence Certificate Marks from IBCC.
  • While entering CGPA the maximum scale is to be mentioned, i.e. CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 is to be written as 3/4.
  • Students with A-grade results in GCE are considered equivalent to First Year (Intermediate).
  • Students with valid ETS* (Educational Testing Service)scores have the option not to take the Bahria University Admission Test and instead submit scores as mentioned below:
  • Please send copies of your ETS score sheet with your Application Form and show your original ETS score sheet at the time of the interview.

  • Attested Copy of Mark Sheet of SSC or its equivalent.
  • Attested Copy of Mark Sheet of HSC or its equivalent.
  • Equivalence certificate from Inter Board Chairman Committee (A-Levels and equivalent qualification from other systems) as applicable.
  • Four recent colored Photographs, 2 of size 1"x1" and 2 Passport Size.
  • Attested copy of NI Card/B. Form.
  • Note: Students with A-Level result awaited must submit O-Level Equivalence, IBCC, certificate.

Test and Interview

  • Applicants will have to appear in the written test (except those opting for SAT/ETS Scores) on the scheduled dates as advertised in the press.
  • After the test, merit list for interviews will be announced and posted at the concerned institutes, and on the website.
  • Original documents are to be produced at the time of the interview, copies of which were earlier submitted with the application forms.
  • Final Merit List for admission will be posted (based on the results of the applicant’s entry test, academic eligibility examinations marks, interview and scores earned in the discussion session as applicable) at the concerned institutes, and on the website.
