Taking Control: Making the Passive Active

Task: Rewrite each of the following sentences, taking each out of the passive voice and making it active. When you're done, look at the example and compare it to yours. Small alterations are insignificant; just make sure you've placed the subject and verb in the correct places. Note that you may need to provide a subject for some sentences.
