About - Kents Hill Junior School

Kents Hill Junior School welcomes all children from ages 7 to 11 years. We pride ourselves on being a friendly, caring school with traditional values and a hard working ethos. The school provide purposeful learning through contexts that are meaningful to children, related to real life situations whenever possible. A respect for learning is cultivated through a variety of visually pleasing, welcoming and stimulating areas, for both work and play. v>

The Local Authority coordinates admissions to the school at the normal point of entry and mid-year admissions.Kents Hill Junior School is published admission number is 90. There is no guarantee of a place for children living in the priority admission area . In the event of oversubscription it is governed by set of criteria. However if oversubscription is within any of the given criteria; thus proximity (straight line distance) of the child's home to the school will be given highest priority. Exceptional medical circumstances may over ride the above.
