About - Powers Hall Infant School

Powers Hall Infant School has been serving the local community as a purpose built infant school since October 1976. The building is light and airy and is a mixture of open plan and closed classrooms. The school benefits from an open plan library which is used by all of the children. A multi-sensory room ("The Rainbow Room") has been developed next to our speech and language class base. Powers Hall Infant School firmly believe that children are at the centre of everything that we do and we will endeavour to ensure that all of them will have a happy and successful experience during their time with us.

Year 1 and Year 2 September
Parents who are considering sending their children to Powers Hall are welcome to contact the school for an appointment with the Headteacher. From September 2009, children will be admitted into Year R full time in the September of the academic year in which they become five years old. Children can start in one of our nursery classes in the September of the academic year in which they have their fourth birthday.
