About - Rivenhall Church of England Voluntary Controlled Primary School

Rivenhall Primary School is much smaller than average which is located in a rural setting on the edge of the village. Our school is a community where we all work together, where individual needs are recognised and supported and where every child matters. We firmly believe that worship is an integral part of our community and through it children develop socially, morally and spiritually. It is also gained a number of awards such as Healthy Schools and International School status.v>

Our admissions policy is set down by the County. Children are legally entitled to a place in school at the beginning of the term after their fifth birthday. The Governing Body of our school will admit children younger than rising-five on the following basis. All children will be admitted in the academic year in which they are five, full time from the preceding September. All such admissions will be considered individually by the Local Authority.
