An interview is a structured face to face conversation for a particular and defined purpose. This face to face conversation is basically to assess the suitability of a candidate for a particular post. The interviews ask questions range from simple personal matters to international issues in order to let a candidate express his /her opinions and this is exclusively done to assess his/her personality for the job in hand.
