GRE Subjects

The students who want to persue postgraduate studies are required to take GRE subjects. Not all universities demand GRE Subject score. However; GRE Subject Tests Show what you know about a specific subject and graduate schools/universities will take it to evaluate your suitability for the prospect studies. The GRE Subject Tests can help you stand out from other applicants by emphasizing your knowledge and skill level in a specific area. If you're studying in one of these subjects, you might want to take a Subject Test in addition to the GRE revised General Test. Subject Tests are required by many of Pakistani universities / colleges for post grauate studies, more; the scholarships offered by foreign institutions normally base on GRE Subjects score.

If you are selecting a program of study outside your undergraduate major subject then you need to take relevant GRE subject test.

The GRE Subject Test is available only in the paper-and-pencil version. Students planning to take GRE Subject test are adviced to apply for registration during the month of November. To appear for GRE SUBJECT TEST the student has to register himself 6 weeks before the exam date.
