ISSB Alphabetical Test:

In this type of questions the test taker is to identify the missing or next alphabet of a given series of alphabet.

  • A C E G I
  • The next alphabet is K.

This test is based on alphabet. If candidate has sharp memory, then this question becomes quite simple.

  • Given the alphabet:
  • A B C D E F G J I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z
  • 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26
  1. Write the letter that is before 3 letters Z
  2. Write the eighteenth letter of the alphabet given above
  3. Write down the fourth vowel after the fourth consonant
Answer
  1. V
  2. R
  3. O (In the 26 letter alphabet there are five vowels: A,E,I,O,U, and the rest 21 letters a consonants).

How to Solve Alphabet Questions

Memorize the positions of each alphabet and vowels. Write down the alphabet in a line and numbered them accordingly.
