Locating Evidence And Conclusion

• An ordinance should be passed banning midtown street vendors from selling food within a certain proximity to restaurants.
• With their high rents and operating costs, restaurants cannot be expected to compete with the vendors.
• Even though the vendors often sell food that is completely different from the restaurant bill of fare, their lower prices are enough to attract customers who otherwise would have eaten in the restaurants.
